Specifications This kit is set up to replace your current pump on your E-100 sprayer with a 3.3 GPM pump increasing flow and raising nozzle pressure. Use this replacement pump to apply zone marking paint to stripe parking lots. Kit Includes:   * Shur-Flo 2088-343-500 Pump (P/N 100-159-030) * 2 90° Fittings * Drill Template * 2 Hose Clamps * ¼" Drill Bit Tools Required:   * Drill * Utility Knife * 3/8" Wrench * Flat Head Screw Driver * Allen Wrenches From Tool Kit Instructions:   1. Remove old pump: Unfasten pump leads from terminal block under sprayer. Remove hoses - cut up from permanent clamps if needed. Loosen mount bolts and remove pump. 2. Drill new mount holes: Bolt "X" holes of drill template with existing bolts to holes closest to the battery box. The new holes will position new pump away from battery box. Drill new holes with provided drill bit. 3. Mount new pump: Fasten provided 90° fittings to new pump. Fasten existing return line fitting to new pump. Mount new pump to new hole locations using existing bolts. Fasten hoses onto fittings using provided hose clamps. Fasten pump leads back into terminal block under sprayer. Black to Black - Red to open terminal.
