- Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped with shipping and handling included in the invoice/receipt. Shipping and handling costs are based on the total value of the order (see below). All orders are shipped UPS Ground service. Field marking paints will normally be shipped by FedEx Ground service. FedEx 2 Day express service is offered as well as US Priority Mail. No aerosol paint products will be shipped by express services. Overseas shipments including to Alaska and Hawaii require additional shipping and handling charges. If authorized on-line purchases can be re-billed to the credit card to include the additional shipping and handling expenses. Some units (e.g., Model E-100, Model RS-500 series, and pallets of paint (shipping costs for bench zone track and turf protectors priced separately) are shipped by LTL common carrier. For those shipments the shipping and handling charges are in included in the price.

| All freight charges will be verified with carrier. These prices are for commercial address delivery with a dock or forklift available. Limited access charges will be applied if delivery is not to a commercial address. We will notify you of actual shipping costs and credit or charge your account as necessary. |

- For each visitor to our www.AthleticFieldMarker.com Web site, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail. We aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web site, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

- Returns & Replacements
- Tru Mark Athletic Field Marker will accept the return of your item in good operation condition, no damage, no use on fields, etc. within 30 days of purchase. One exception is that custom flexible and rigid field stencils are non-returnable. A restocking fee of 15% and the cost of the return shipment will be applied to the account (if not paid by customer at time of return shipment). Contact us first prior to initiating any return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) as well as shipping pickup and address instructions. Tru Mark will adhere to expressed warranties for the products Tru Mark manufauctures and will follow those of the original manufacturers products. In normal cases shipping and handling charges for the return if necssary and replacement will be at Tru Mark's expense. All shipments should be inspected by the customer to ensure there is not damage during shipment. Unless damage is reported at the time of delivery then Tru Mark has very little or no recourse with the shipping company.
- Ordering
- On all orders shipped domestically there is no minimum order. On all any order shipped intrernationally there is a minimum charge of $35.00 and Tru Mark is not responsible for Duty and Tarriff costs at the port of entry. On-line orders are accepted 24/7 and normally ship withing 2-3 days of ordering unless otherwise specified for certain products. Those items listed on our web site are normally available within current inventory, unless specified otherwise. The website is keep current and backorder situations are normally posted. Phone, mail, fax, and email orders can be submitted with item number(s) and description(s) and the appropriate payment options declared. Purchase orders are accepted from public institutions and those with approved credit and invoiced on Net 30 terms. Signed purchase orders may forwarded by mail or facsimile or emailed via a scanned document.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Credit card and debit card payments are accepted for VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. You may specify payment by check during on-line shopping cart check procedures and make payment by Paypal serivces. Payments through Paypal should be directed to email account, paypal@eselling4u.com, with a comment note indicating the subject of the purchase. Phone orders are accepted with credit card payments. To expedite the phone and facprocessing please have the product item number and description as well as the credit billing information (credit card number, expiration, and the 3 or 4 digit card code, name and address of where the credit card bill is sent) and the shipping contact information along with phone number and email for tracking information on the shipment.
- Viewing Orders
- During the on-line shopping you may review your shopping cart items that have already been selected. You may pdate quanities and remove items from the shopping cart.
- Updating Account Information
- The shopping cart solution does collect customer information that can be updated and used for subsequent orders. No credit card account information is stored.
