E-100 Intake Line Upgrade Kit
This upgrade kit is for current owners of the Model E-100 field marker. The kit replaces the intake line from the 5 gallon tank to the pump. This is a remove and replace kit with no assembly required other than removing the existing hose connection from the electric pump and the intake line from the tank.

The purpose of this kit is to improve the intake of the field paint from the 5 gallon tank and minimize the paint remaining in the tank by keeping the intake screen at the bottom of the 5 gallon tank.

The parts to the upgrade kit include a new E-100 intake screen, 2 pipe couplers, pipe, tank lid, 90 degree pipe connector, 3/8" barb connector, braided hose, 2 hose camps, 3/8" pump connector.

RS-500 Bottom Intake Line Upgrade Kit
This upgrade kit (2 units, one right and one left) is for current owners of the RS-500 field marker, units purchased before 2008. The kit replaces the intake line from the 20 gallon tank to the pump. This is a remove and replace kit with minimal assembly required other than removing the existing pipe connection from the 20-gallon tank and pump.

The purpose of this kit is to improve the intake of the field paint from the 20 gallon tank by using gravity and minimizing a pump priming issue.

The parts to the upgrade kit include plastic PVC connectors for the 3/4" tank port, in-line filter, and garden hose connector. There are multiple plastic fittings to convert between different size fittings while protecting the overall assembly within the perimeter of the steel tank frame. The assembly comes with the 2-way ball valve installed and an associated T-connector.

RS-500 Intake Line Upgrade Kit
This upgrade kit is for current owners of the Model RS-500 Rider field marker. The kit replaces the intake line from the two 20 gallon tanks to the connecting hose outside the tanks.

The purpose of this kit is to improve the intake of the field paint from the 20 gallon tanks and minimize the paint remaining in the tank by keeping the intake screen at the bottom of the 20 gallon tanks.

This upgrade kit does require some assembly. The first step is removing the intake screen from the hose inside the tank and removing the hose. Next inserting the rigid tubing without the connector through the hole in the tank. Insert the pipe coupling connector into the tank and on to the end of the pipe ensuring the pipe is completely inserted into to coupling. Rest the coupling on the bottom of the tank. With two wrenches tighten the coupling onto the pipe end. Using a longer wrench for the bottom fitting so it rests against the side of the tank. Then use the second wrench to tighten the upper fitting. (Remove the return line hose from the tank and use this opening for viewing your progress.) Screw on the intake screen. Measure and cut the hose to length for connecting to the barb fitting on the rigid pipe unit. (Add hose camp before connecting hose to barb fitting.) Insert hose into barb fitting and tighten hose clamp with regular screw driver. Re-insert return line into tank. Use wire ties to secure hose to frame or return line.

The parts to the upgrade kit include two new RS-500 intake screens, 4 pipe couplers (2 for assembly), two 90 degree pipe connectors, two 3/8" barb connectors, 2 hose camps, and two wire ties.

E-100 Spray Nozzle Body Assembly Upgrade Kit
This upgrade kit is for current owners of the Model E-100 field marker with black nylon nozzle bodies on the nozzle bracket. The kit replaces the nylon 3/8" barbed nozzle body with a 1/4" barbed brass nozzle body. Also replacement parts includes two 1/4" internal diameter clear braided hose, two 1/4" 90 degree hose barb with 1/4" NPT, 4 hose clamps, 2 spray tips, 2 check valves, and 2 brass caps. This kit does require a remove and replace activities by the customer. Tools required include two adjustable wrenches and regular screw driver.

The purpose of this kit is minimize the thread stripping hazard with the nylon nozzle body.

RS-500 Nozzle Assembly Kit, Wide Line
This kit is for current owners of the Model RS-500 self-propelled rider field markers The kit is designed to be used in place of the delivered nozzle bracket assembly. This allows the operator to spray up to a 12" line without any major changes to the existing system. Realign the paint shields, remove existing nozzle bracket assembly and replace with this kit.
